This Day in History

It was this day in 1775 that Paul Revere went on his Midnight Ride to warn the people along the way to Lexington and Concord that the British were on their way to stomp their colonial butts. I think it’s oddly fitting that the new Barbarian Group site launches on this anniversary. As far as I’m concerned the internet is “on notice” and it better get ready because “The Barbarians are Coming” out in a whole new and awesome way. Maybe now that I think about it, maybe I’m reaching with this whole day in history thing. I mean we really don’t want to be the British in this situation do we?
Hey, it’s the soft launch. I’ll do better next time.
Don’t ask me… it’s Friday.
p.s. Also on this day in history: The Yankees stomped the Red Sox in the first game played at Yankee stadium. 4-1 and Babe Ruth hit the first home run.
